High Intensity Interval Training alternating with Pilates during recovery phase. Aims to improve cardiovascular fitness, stamina, endurance, strength and compliments core and mobility work. Other benefits include, fat loss, flexibility, correctives and mental capacity when riding due to increased fitness level.
Rider specific coreball classes with the overall aim of achieving optimal function and performance in the saddle
